As part of PMINJs marketing and branding efforts as a professional organization, PMINJ reserves the right to record the events it holds. As such, the use of photography, audio/videography, and webcasting may occur during these events for use in publications, advertisement, social media, and other purposes - at PMINJ's sole discretion.
As a policy, PMINJ shall consider a participant's registration and subsequent attendance at its events (in-person or otherwise) as (1) a confirmation of the participant's consent to be recorded and published, (2) a confirmation of the participant's release of PMINJ (and its agents) from any liability or indemnity for such activity and (3) a confirmation of the participant's waiver of right to any and all ownership or payment for such activity or the products resulting from it.
Should the participant not wish to be recorded at a PMINJ event, sufficient notice must be given by the participant to event management and recording staff before the event takes place - with the understanding that PMINJ, through its sole discretion and judgement, shall make every reasonable attempt to exclude the participant from being recorded at that event.
PMINJ respects the privacy concerns of its members and guests in the safeguarding of their personal image and information, and we thank you for considering our event.
Support the Children of Ukraine:
PMINJ is supporting the children in Ukraine by supporting Save the Children Federation. Save the Children works to give children a healthy start in life, by delivering essential humanitarian aid. The Chapter will match all donations to our goal of $4000, so consider giving generously to exceed the goal.
Your membership begins when you register through PMI. PMINJ is dependent on the timing to process the membership applications by PMI. It may take several days to transfer the member data to the PMINJ database.
Monthly chapter meetings will honor the member rate at the main meeting location with your proof of enrollment in the chapter, with the exception of satellite locations. Contact the Member Services team for assistance with your initial registration needs.
If there is an impending registration deadline, contact the Member Service team with your proof of membership to get a discount code to register as a non-member at the member rate.
Note: Due to security concerns, members must be in our database to register at satellite locations.
How can I get more involved in the chapter?
Your year of membership in PMINJ starts the day you register through PMI if you register for PMI and PMINJ at the same time. The registration is extended through the end of the month. (if you register on 2-14-2022, your membership will expire on 2-28-2023)
If you register for PMINJ membership at a different time than when you register for PMI, your PMINJ expiratioin date will be aligned to the PMI expiration date so you may not get a full year of membership with PMINJ.
Your PMINJ expiration date is the same as the PMI expiration date even though you may join PMINJ at a different time than PMI.

Your Login ID is your preferred email you have registered with PMI. The first time, click 'forgot password' and a temporary link will be sent to the preferred email address to create your password.
PMINJ offers monthly programs from September through June (except December). The chapter also offers a symposium and seminar each year in May. We also offer certification prep courses and workshops.

When we return to having in-person meetings: There is a Main dinner site and several 'Satellites'. The main site rotates between several Central New Jersey locations. The satellites are available depending on logistics at the specific location.
Currently all virtual monthly meetings are free for members and non-members. When we return to face-to-face meetings: Anyone can attend meetings at the main location. PMINJ members receive a discount for pre-registration. ONLY PMINJ members can attend meetings at the satellite locations free with pre-registration.

Pre-registration closes the Thursday before the meeting. Walk-ins are allowed at the main location but not the satellites.
An LCI is a component of the PMINJ Chapter (Chapter). It leverages its own resources and works in conjunction with the Chapter to provide focused discussions on topics related to its individual goals and objectives.
The LCI will work in cooperation with the Chapter to provide additional value to PMI members and people in the community with a specific focus on local activities. The LCI will provide a forum to share common interests and challenges, share experiences related to the setup and operation of the LCI, discuss trends associated with its charter, provide continuing project management education and learn from other PMI professionals or interest groups.
Currently all LCI meetings are Virtual using Zoom. When we return to physical monthly meetings the strategy could change to meeting physically at the main site of the monthly meeting. (The LCI meetings occur before dinner is served at the main meeting location for our monthly programs meeting.)Our chapter is currently active with different themes for the LCIs:
