PMINJ supports it's members with creation and maintenance of Local Communities of Interest.
We encourage members with the interest and desire to share with like-minded members to establish a "Core Team" and create an LCI. The LCIs provide a valuable benefit to PMINJ members that focus on sharing common issues, knowledge, and best practices within its self-defined discipline.

To create a forum for professional development opportunities for individuals and organizations to network, collaborate, share knowledge and experience in the area of Agile practices. These include, but are not limited to Scrum, extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, etc. under the agile umbrella.
Teach and facilitate Networking among PMINJ members to support their personal and professional growth, engage career coaches and experts to provide guidance in navigating the job-search process, and promote exposure to career and business opportunities.
Aims to bring together professionals who share a passion for the construction industry, providing a platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and professional development.
To bring together the Project Managers with interest in Empowering Women in Leadership in New Jersey to learn, network and discuss Project Management and female leadership.
To create a forum for project management professionals with an interest in the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceutical, medical devices, biotechnology, and healthcare / medical organizations) to network, collaborate, and share knowledge and experience.
PMINJ is working with several colleges and universities to establish student groups.
The mission is to empower project managers and professionals by enhancing their communication and leadership skills through the proven Toastmasters framework. We are committed to providing a supportive and dynamic environment where members can develop their public speaking abilities, refine their leadership qualities, and advance their project management competencies.
