The aim of the Work Search Buddy program helps ease the “lonely” aspect of the job search process by providing the ability to partner with another PMINJ member who is also in the hunt for a new job. The program has been modified to allow more concentration on the support of the search and is a great way to connect and learn from other chapter members.
PMINJ offers free and personalized mentorship to PMINJ members. The program provides guidance to working project professionals and is available to all chapter members.
